
Fitness Retreats
These retreats are focused on keeping you active and showing you what your body can do. Most activities are outdoors, where you will feel inspired by nature.
The types of classes included in the retreats range from Body Balance, Insanity, Penalty Box, Aqua Aerobics and much more. The mix is designed to improve your overall fitness, covering strength, cardio, mobility and flexibility.
Best of all, you will be motivated by those around you and it's guaranteed fun with like minded people.
Previous retreats have been running in Malta, Athens and Cyprus.

Our Exclusive Retreats are a time where you can enhance and improve your health and fitness, away from your daily pressures. This time allows you to refocus, improve your mindset, relax and have fun in a group setting. Many people come back year after year.
The retreats we offer range from Fitness, Stress Management with mindfulness, relaxation and meditation and Weight Management, all supporting a healthy living approach.

Weight Management
This retreat will help you regain control, so you can work towards achieving the body and health you want.
There will be an initial health and fitness assessment and daily exercise classes modified to your fitness levels. Also included will be mini workshops around healthy living and mindfulness and a one to one NLP (neuro linguistic programming) session.
Delicious, healthy fulfilling meals and a variety of snacks and juices will also be available.

A Typical Day
There are 1-3 optional classes a day with built in recovery & free time to relax.
8.15am Fitness class followed by breakfast
12.30pm Fitness class followed by lunch
5.30pm Fitness class followed by dinner
